This last week I was going through my clothes and donating stuff. I got to thinking about the benefits of decluttering a space and enjoying simple things. So today we’re talking about minimalism.
What you think about is what expands, so if what you think about is It can’t happen, then It can’t happen has to expand.
I’m happier when I give people a piece of my heart rather than a piece of my mind.
Heartache, sadness or disappointment doesn’t have to cancel out happiness and joy and optimism… It doesn’t mean we’re faking it through life. If we’re being happy in heartache.
