A small lightning bolt of inspiration struck my mind and my heart as I contemplated these weaknesses. You need to transform your routines into rituals. The thought literally bowled me over and I had to sit down on my couch to wonder at the idea.
Difficult emotions: anger, sadness, worry, or shame, etc. use up a lot of energy and brain power. Rather than letting them take over, write down exactly how you feel. Get it all out, then crumple up the paper and throw it in the trash.
This episode is about personal reflections. I’ll be pondering on lessons I’ve learned in 2021, the impressions that left their mark on my mind, my heart, and how I’ll use them to pave the way forward.
