Ep 64. New Year, Same You
We are hard on ourselves & if we aren’t careful, we can beat ourselves up more than make positive changes. There’s the saying ‘New Year, New You’. But I want to offer the idea of new year, same you.

Choose A Theme For The YearLast year my theme was choosing Faith over Fear, and let me tell you my commitment to that was tested in 2020. But my personal theme of Faith over Fear helped me to trust in a loving Heavenly Father even when everything seemed out of control.
