Just as Easter symbolizes new beginnings, today’s discussion centers around spring cleaning. As the season transitions and flowers start popping up everywhere, we naturally feel inclined to organize our physical spaces, but it’s equally important to address the clutter within our minds and hearts. Just as we tidy up our homes, we can also declutter our inner selves, creating space for personal growth, joy, and abundance. This process entails releasing limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, and emotional baggage that hinder our progress. Like tackling household chores, mental and emotional cleanup requires effort, but the rewards are profound. Ultimately, it leads us to a place of self-love and renewal, mirroring the timeless narrative of Easter.
Next time you have the thought, “I don’t have enough time.” Try asking yourself “What do I have time for?”. Take advantage of smaller chunks of time to do the things you can do.
