Information you choose to send. If you use my contact form, I receive the details you provide, which can include your name, email address, selected subject, and message. If you subscribe to The Em~Print, I collect the email address you submit and information needed to manage your subscription.

My website, hosting services, security tools, and analytics services can process information such as your IP address, browser or device details, the pages you visit, referring pages, approximate location, and the date and time of your visit. Some information is collected through cookies or similar technologies.
Comments and accounts. If comments or user accounts are available and you use them, WordPress and anti-spam services may process the information you submit, along with technical information used to prevent abuse.
How I use information
- To respond to messages, questions, pitches, and collaboration inquiries.
- To send The Em~Print to people who subscribe and to manage subscriptions and unsubscribe requests.
- To understand website traffic, improve content, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and prevent spam.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and protect the website and its visitors.
I use your newsletter subscription for newsletter communications. Sending a message through the contact form does not, by itself, subscribe you to The Em~Print.
Newsletters and email
I use MailPoet for newsletter subscriptions and email delivery features. When you subscribe, the service processes your email address and subscription details. Depending on the settings in use, email services can also record delivery, open, or link-click information.
You can unsubscribe through the link included in my newsletter emails. You can also contact me to ask about your subscription information.
Contact forms and anti-spam protection
My contact form uses Fluent Forms. Submitted information is used to deliver and handle your message and may be stored in WordPress and transmitted through my website’s email delivery service. Security and anti-spam tools, including Akismet where enabled, may check submissions for suspicious activity.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, medical records, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form.
Cookies, analytics, and embedded content

I keep contact messages for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage related correspondence. Newsletter records are maintained while your subscription is active and may be retained afterward where necessary to honor unsubscribe requests or meet legal requirements. Website logs, analytics information, form records, and backups may be kept for different periods depending on the relevant service and its settings.
Your privacy choices
You can unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in any newsletter email.
