Investigate Your Thoughts
This last week I was going through my clothes and donating stuff. I got to thinking about the benefits of decluttering a space and enjoying simple things. So today we’re talking about minimalism.
What you think about is what expands, so if what you think about is It can’t happen, then It can’t happen has to expand.
It’s what you watch, what you listen to, what you read, and the people you hang around. Be mindful of the things you put into your body emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
We’re taking a look at the past, specifically our mindset and emotions about the past. People don’t think of nostalgia as a good thing. But today, I’m making a case for why you should be nostalgic.
Because true belonging only happens when we present our authentic, imperfect selves to the world, our sense of belonging can never be greater than our level of self-acceptance.
