When you worry that someone dislikes you, is upset with you, or that the situation is worse than it truly is, stop and think, “Who told you that?” Usually, you won’t know the answer and will discover that it’s only a thought, which you can choose to reject.
We are hard on ourselves & if we aren’t careful, we can beat ourselves up more than make positive changes. There’s the saying ‘New Year, New You’. But I want to offer the idea of new year, same you.
