I was fortunate to be asked to be on a different podcast called Finding Unity with Valerie Payne. And I really enjoyed my conversation with her about my experience with anxiety and depression.

This last week I was going through my clothes and donating stuff. I got to thinking about the benefits of decluttering a space and enjoying simple things. So today we’re talking about minimalism.
What you think about is what expands, so if what you think about is It can’t happen, then It can’t happen has to expand.

This might not come naturally for you, but let me tell ya, it is magical. I like to name everything from my houseplants, to my guitar, to my toaster. But naming things goes a lot deeper.
What you are afraid of is never as bad as what you imagine. The fear you let build up in your mind is worse than the situation that actually exists.
