Hey You! I’m Emily Romrell, and welcome to The Vibrant Life, the podcast where we become a little better every day without overthinking it or trying to reinvent our entire lives by Tuesday.

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and my faith shapes how I approach growth, purpose, and joy. The Vibrant Life is for everyone. You do not need to share my beliefs to be here. If you want encouragement, clarity, and tools that actually work in real life, pull up a seat.

On The Vibrant Life, I share practical strategies, honest perspectives, and faith-centered insights that help you strengthen your mindset, build healthy habits, and improve your relationships with God, others, and yourself. We talk about personal growth in a way that is hopeful, grounded, and refreshingly straightforward.

Here is what you get when you listen to The Vibrant Life:

✨ Clear encouragement that motivates action, not guilt
🧠 Mindset shifts you can use the same day
🌿 Simple habits that make life better without making it complicated
💖 Real conversations about growth, self-worth, and showing up consistently
🤍 Practical insight for building stronger, healthier relationships
🙏 Faith-based principles shared with warmth, clarity, and humor

Episodes drop every Friday and clock in at 15 to 20 minutes, so they’re easy to fit into your day.

I believe progress comes from small, deliberate choices made daily. I believe God cares deeply about our efforts, especially the quiet ones. And I believe personal growth should push you forward, not wear you out.

Whether you are grounded in faith, exploring what you believe, or simply committed to becoming better than you were yesterday, The Vibrant Life will encourage you, challenge you, and keep you moving forward.

Press play and let’s build a Vibrant Life one intentional day at a time.

  1. This was so awesome, and for sure The Moody family is a great example of a vibrant life, it always reminds us that nothing is so bad that we can’t a positive out of it
